Currently practicing as a clinical pharmacist at Northern health hospital, Melbourne; Mr Arief

Mohammad is renowned for his excellent teaching skills and practice-based experience which can contribute to
developing practice-based knowledge for a learner. He has been a practicing pharmacist in Australia for the last
5 years and has been a preceptor to several students and intern pharmacists.

He is an accredited consultant pharmacist in Australia and has proven expertise in conducting home medication
reviews and medication management services; contributing to positive pharmacist interventions to reduce
medication misadventures in community and hospital settings.

He is also a pharmacist immunizer in Australia and a member of SHPA (Society of Hospital Pharmacists of Australia)
He finished his post-graduation in India in the year 2012 and moved to Malaysia where he worked as a hospital
preceptor and university lecturer for 4 years. His interest to advance his clinical expertise led him to the pathway
of being an Australian pharmacist. His sound knowledge of therapeutics and pharmacy practice reflects in his teaching.
