Co-Founder, Director & Clinical Educator

Harika is a Clinical Pharmacist at Monash Health, Victoria's largest public hospital network, where her work centers on medication safety and patient-centered care.

She began her career in Australia through community pharmacy practice with major pharmacy groups before moving into clinical pharmacy at Swan Hill District Health in regional Victoria, where she managed medication reconciliation, inpatient and outpatient supply, antimicrobial stewardship, chemotherapy dispensing, and clozapine management.

As a Clinical Educator at Elite Expertise, she has mentored over 5,000 pharmacy students and international candidates preparing for licensing exams including OPRA (Australia/New Zealand), PEBC (Canada), and PSI (Ireland).

Arief is a Clinical Pharmacist at Northern Health in Melbourne, with a clinical focus on medication management, chronic disease management, and Home Medication Reviews (HMRs).

His career began in academia around 2014, teaching and conducting research at Asia Metropolitan University and UCSI University in Malaysia, with a focus on pharmacotherapy, drug utilization reviews, and medication safety. He later practiced at Swan Hill District Health in regional Victoria before joining Northern Health.

He has trained over 10,000 international pharmacy professionals worldwide for registration exams across Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Ireland, and the UAE.
